Our typical property management style

Typically we would work with the owner of a facility to either take over the day to day management of the operational duties of the facility and then just cut a check at the end of the month for the agreed upon split.  This split is typically determined by the current condition of the facility, the business structure that already exists and how that is working, the desired end results.



We can completely take over or just work inside your framework

What we typically find is that the industry has gotten somewhat complacant with their current structure mainly due to the fact that the facility is full or near full and not a lot of marketing outside of the basics is required.  This is fine until a current owner gets ready to exit the picture of the managing of the facility and everything is falling on their shoulders.  This makes for a property that is hard to sell and exit.

​Think of our services like a pre sale preparation firm.  We specialize in getting repeatable systems in place for your facility and also keeping the operations running while you, the owner are "away".  This can go on for month or even years, or it can go on just long enough for you to get your ducks in a row to prepare for a successful transition to a new owner

What we have found is that there are a lot of property owners in the market today that do not really want to sell their asset because they will give up the income from the asset.  We can help with this also.  We can work with you on a long term basis to simply run the day to day operational duties of your facility so you can be away and just collect a piece of the pie without doing any of the work.  It is truly a win-win for all parties involved.
